My brother is a guidance counselors.

Too bad.

Not all schools get the same resources to handle shyt.

I have tons of friends who teach.

Sometimes it goes:

Teacher > crisis managers (some schools have these) > administrators > SROs

or

teacher > administrator > SRO

or

teacher > crisis manager > administrator > security > SRO

What do u mean it doesn't matter? What if she felt she didn't break any rules and was being unfairly targeted and didn't want to leave per protest. U weren't there either. So acting like u saw everything up until the video started is stupid af.

again pointing out the reason they said the cop did wrong was not because he grabbbed her - they said the cop did wrong because in throwing her he "let her go" which you arent supposed to do with an " unarmed

First off the teacher made it a bigger distraction. If she didn't want to learn and wasn't all out acting a fool just continue teaching the class and write him up.

We've all been in classrooms with people who disrupted shyt.

That teacher decided to remove the student. The student dragged it out until they gambled with the wrong cop.

Its a fukked up situation, but you don't get to go back in time and fix tidy it up.

Ask me how many times i was thrown out of class for no damn reason as a child. i have never once swung on a teacher or got violent.

After a few times, moms realized wait a second she threw you out again for nothing serious. for talking to your desk mate after you finished your work early and you were helping him (not cheating, helping the kid). moms "let me go up to the school". just so happens moms use to work in the district as well and a long time before i went to school with this white lady. my mother worked on the same campus as her so she already knew about her. the moment she saw her, she was like "oh this racist lady right here. Let me talk to the principle. cause i already know what thats about."

This chick was mad at me because i was the loan black kid in this mostly white school that i was bussed to in order to have the chance to work on computers as a elementary school kid. all the schools back then didnt have computers in the class room like they do now.

this racist white lady teacher was mad at me because i was possibly smarter than my entire class of white kids and when it came to computers i knew so much more than her at that point in time. eventually the chick allowed me to lead the class. it got so bad. she started leaving the computer room and going off to grade papers on the side. but thats only once moms got at her thru the principal(who ..God bless was a black woman).

If that principal was any kind of anything else but a black person. I would've been kicked out of that school way before ever touching a single computer.

It doesnt mean this little girl wasnt being unruly. what i'm saying is, you cant trust a teachers report all the time either. They act like kids too a lot of times. they get frustrated and get mad at kids then want to pull the authority card and send you out just cause. no real legit reason like you were doing some wrong or you were truly disrupting class. if someone is just sitting there quietly and they refuse to do what i say. fine. sit there and fail my class. i'll call your parent afterwards and we'll have that talk. no need to send you anywhere.

You never stop counseling them. Thats the point where you can mold them into something good. be lazy and go the hard route and see dont you turn her or him into another thug, baby mama with 10 kids on welfare types. is that what you want?
