That's an indictment on the state of law enforcement in my opinion. If we gotta walk on eggshells around an officer to ensure our saftey, than there's clearly something wrong with law enforcement psychologically......

Eh, not much to say on this story tbh. I have never been a cop, therefore I have zero experience in detaining a person who was resisting arrest, so who am I to say from the comfort of my bedroom what is the "proper" amount of force that the cop in the vid should have used. I'll let internal affairs and the legal system make the call on this one, since they have the most knowledge and experience when it comes to these matters.

We're talking about a teenage girl in school who refuses to go to the office. Not some street thug with a knife in hand trying to stab an officer. Use some common damn sense.

Absolutely.... So here's what needs to happen.... .If there is no united front against LEO's racially bias treatment of blacks, then it will never cease...

Here's what needs to happen... this can start on a local level..... whoever represents your district will not have the black vote until certain practices of law enforcement or addressed... Whatever businesses cater to the area where these events occur, will not be patronized by the majority of black civilians.....

Once we get the financial and political attention of white folks(just on a local level), they'll probably be inclined to lend us an ear

Now I don't usually go in on cops when they don't end up seriously maiming or killing someone, but this was a complete overreaction on the cops part. He's like twice her size, he could've easily grabbed her by the arm, and yanked her ass up outta that seat (when I was younger my mom did it to me when I got smart with her no problem and she's not much bigger than me, and didn't have police training). but nah, he had to make such a production out of it

He's at a 10 when he should've been at a 2 or a 3, Im starting to feel like PD's enjoy getting slapped with a lawsuit...

Like in that other thread. Dudes shyt on cops, hold no respect for them, and do what ever to make their job hard. Then expect the cops to follow a moral code w/ them. If they know they ain't shyt what you expect. Just wanna complain.

Keep encouraging kids to test cops who they believe are racist, unreasonable and eager to harm blacks on a whim.

You can get killed by officers for nothing really. The negligence of officers is always excused by their agencies. The John Crawford and Corey Jones cases are proof of this.
