What other profession allows you to talk on the job like thatThese cops are like legit gangmembers. Even in speech
These cops ain't shyt. They can't handle one dude without reaching for their guns. 
That is what happened from the looks of it,but i cant tell if the partner shot em,or if he shot himself with the suspects gun that was in his belt.
Suspect had a gun i think at the beginning of the video,than cop 1 took it out and put it in his belt.....Did that gun go off?then the cop decided to blame the suspect for his own stupidity and kill em?So its possible the bullet could be from the suspects gun,that don tmean he pulled the trigger.
Nothing will happen though,they will say the cop had reason to believe the suspect shot em since he had a gun in the first place
Only protest and rioting will put pressure on em,the cop clearly puts a gun to his back,pulls the trigger and screams "Huh!" as if to say "Yeah bytch how does that feel".
That was a pure frustration shot,which if somebody shoots you,i could see you being frustrated and wanting to shoot they azz back....problem is in this situation they were wrong about the guy pulling the trigger,and need to pay for that.
This definitely aint the worse though,are we forgetting a man got shot in the back RUNNING AWAY i believe less than a year ago
Unless im seeing things wrong,this dude pushed his luck a few times,not saying he deserved to get popped,but weve seen people get shot for absolutely nothing....this wasn't quite Oscar Grant,but this suspect also had the bad luck of running into some dumb azz angry cops.

The worst thing about what he said is that he is purposefully ignoring instances this year where they are SHOT POINT BLANK with their hands up surrendering and fully cooperating.
