He knows how people make arguments against his points so he has to speak with enough finality but in such a way that shuts down any dissent from people who think he doesn't grasp the issue.

Canada is ruled by cacs and blacks are at the bottom, below every other minority. There was an article about discrimination in the legal industry whereupon black lawyers are suing the Canadian government.
