I don't even fukk with razors, I just use the Andis-T liner, granted I'm no wooly mammoth but I've never had a razor bump

If you splash your face in 91% alcohol before and after shaving as well as on your razor (if that's your device of choice), it does wonders for greatly reducing bumps. It makes the tendskin last much longer since you can go longer between uses.

Get some (pure)Tea Tree oil, a good facial scrub brush and a facial skin scrub and you'll be good with daily maintenance.

The other blade is fine (I'm guessing it's the ouliner II), and is less likely to lead to misalignment which can cause the T-blade to bite/mark you up.

Depends on the type of hair your brother has. If he has coarse hair the andis is the way to go. If he has straight hair then you can cop a wahl clipper which is usually cheaper than andis.
