After viewing the video...

Cops did nothing wrong. I want to say they shouldn't have shot him in the head but of course folks are trained to shoot with lethal force if they have to shoot. Shooting someone in the arm, leg, foot is movie stuff.

It actually was an "accidental" shooting in the sense of... the guy was resisting arrest. He was resisting even before they tried to arrest him. Dude even put his hand on the first weapon, the knife which demonstrated the possibility of ill intent. Even the cop was like " dude are you stupid" after he put his hands on the knife.

Then after THAT, he starts resisting and fighting them and then it turns out he has a gun too?

You don't know what this fool might try.

The cop who shot, shot him because the other cop was yelling shoot.

Then the civilian was getting involved. I almost want to say that guy should be charged too, but what would you charge him with? He wanted to see somebody get shot.

With that being said, I would think the other cops wouldn't have wanted the cop to shoot cause of the close proximity of the cops who were on top of them. But dude was a good shot, gotta give him that


Moral of the story is dont shoplift, don't carry weapons into freaking Walmart and when the cops tell you to leave, you leave.

'I wasn't under arrest, didn't commit a crime, so even if they got my license plate I didn't think they'd come and get me for anything because I didn't commit a crime,' she told NBC Los Angeles. She was later found inside her home and said she didn't know Aguilar had been shot.

'I just thought he got beat up real bad. I thought that's why they put him in the hospital. I didn't know he got shot in the head,' she said.
