If they tried to have him getting babyface sympathy cheers a week after retiring taker, they’re never gonna turn him. It’s the same shyt as with CenaI genuinely think this is the beginning of Roman’s heel turn![]()

It doesn’t get my blood boiling. But I am amazed and fascinated at the stubbornness of this company. I feel like Spock when I watch the E now, constantly amused for logical purposes as to what is going on in their creative decisions and the rationale behind it. The crowd clearly does care about Roman, that’s obvious from the reactions. But they don’t love him and your baby face champ shouldn’t get that much heat. At all. And the fact that they have reasonable substitutes for this spot but won’t pull the trigger is
See you in the raw thread tonight BrehCount me out tsc. I’m throwing in the towel on this company for keeps.

I expect them to basically repeat their last match but Roman kicks out of 3-4 F5’s and hits 2-3 spears for a clean win while working face. My friend is hearing that the rumor is Rollins then turns heel after the show at some point to face Roman for the title. Not really sure what the appeal of that is since they did that less than 2 years ago.It doesn’t get my blood boiling. But I am amazed and fascinated at the stubbornness of this company. Like who works baby at mania? It has to be Brock right?
Nah I got work so I won’t likely be home until 9:30 anyway. When I’m home I’ll likely see what news there is in the Russia and impeachment thread and keep catching up on curb your enthusiasm. There’s only one match for Wrestlemania that has my interest and it’s not between anyone on raw.See you in the raw thread tonight Breh![]()

That's the crazy part to me. This isn't like Cena where people who could have taken his spot were few and far between. They've got Braun, Styles, Balor, Ambrose (when he comes back), and Rollins as guys who could take the top spot in Roman's place right now. And then there are cats with potential like Big E, Elias, and Rusev who could be built up. They've got options, but they persist with the Reigns Experiment. It doesn’t get my blood boiling. He gets the loudest "reaction" when he comes out. That's probably all they care about. That's the crazy part to me. Maybe they see something we don't? I don't dislike Reigns, but I don't really see what's so special about compared to all the other guys I just listed that has them placing all their faith in him like they do.
Vince wants him and only wants him. That’s really all it boils down to. You’d think that since he’s so bent on making him the top guy he’d book the guy in a manner that makes sense and fits his real personality. Look at the wonders that did for the new day and the Uso’s. That they’d book him in a manner that he acts genuine out there. That they’d give him a little depth. Maybe that they’d do something appearance of attire or move set or theme related to make him stand out, but he’s still the same guy he’s been since the shield arrived in 2012. No growth or change or development at all. That’d be like if in 2001 triple h was still a snobby rich guy from Connecticut or if 2003 Edge and Christian were still doing the brood gimmick. This shyt makes no sense at all. You’d think if Vince is so bent on seeing this guy as his top star that he would book him in a way to make sure he’s actually over and draw in fans, but I guess Vince either hates the fans and/or money enough that he doesn’t want to do that. Shame reallyThat's the crazy part to me. This isn't like Cena where people who could have taken his spot were few and far between. Stop with this bullshyt.Roman consistently has more entertaining matches than pretty much anyone on the roster.
Fans DO care about him. He is over way more over than nearly anyone. I'd rather have him getting booed out of buildings than come out to crickets like 90% of the roster. This is no different to Cena 10 years ago. Fans are pretty much at the point of just booing because that's part of the live experience now.
Brock and Roman will in a liklihood be very entertaining (just like last time).
Is Roman a major draw? No. But no one else is either, which in the WWE's twisted logic is how they want it. I do think they should've turned Roman heel three years ago, but that ship has now sailed. It is what it is...this is how it's going to be, so if you don't wanna watch, then don't watch. There's plenty of good wrestling out there to watch instead.
