I'm not even trying to pass judgment. Sorry if it came across that way. Was just making an observation.

People should be careful and mindful. There's a lot of folks who aren't vaccinated who are out here Wilding and then pouting when they have to deal with the reality of their choices.

Here one of the teams got knocked out of the ncaa tournament because they had a rash of positive test and failure to follow guidelines. Now people are doing a bunch of what about ism :hhh:

It’s cool, but Yea I’m not wildin like most folks who ain’t vaccinated. I ain’t going bar hopping, or hanging out with a gang of people and I’m always distant from people and have been wearing double masks since they recommended to do so. Everyone should always have some sort of common sense with this thing. Now with experts saying people should continue to wear masks they can’t doubt the uncertainty of this virus.

No real reason to be un-vaxxed in the UK right now

What about having no choice as to which vaccine you get ... :usure: ?

"Hopes are rapidly fading that the US and UK will agree to open an air corridor before the end of the summer, in the latest sign that a rise in coronavirus cases in Britain is hobbling millions of people’s travel plans. Officials involved in talks about a US-UK travel corridor, which started last week, said they thought it was increasingly unlikely they would reach a conclusion by the end of next month, as some had originally expected. Instead they said a combination of the spike in cases of the Delta variant in the UK, the complexities of the US political system, and uncertainty over the status of AstraZeneca’s vaccine were set to extend the talks into August and even September. The predicted slippage in agreeing a US-UK air corridor is the latest in a string of difficulties racking up for Britons planning to travel abroad this summer. On Monday, Spain, Portugal, Malta and Hong Kong all announced tighter restrictions on travellers entering from the UK."

The last paragraph is the only thing that matters
Remember when the summer heat/warm weather would kill the virus or severely limit its lifespan?

the virus transmission is at its lowest levels ever

it’s not the sun, it’s because herd immunity through the vaccine and so many people getting it

Third Covid vaccine for millions from SEPTEMBER: 32m over-50s could be offered booster Covid jab in as little as two months under fresh guidance to shield most vulnerable in winter
  • JCVI today published advice on carrying out a third 'booster' vaccination drive
  • Sources said immunity from jabs lasts at least six months in most cases
  • But there are concerns it could wane risking surges in admissions and deaths

Tens of millions of Britons will start to be offered a third Covid jab in as little as two months under fresh guidance issued by No10's top advisers tonight.

The Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisations (JCVI) said the booster scheme should start in September and third doses should be given to 32million over-50s, vulnerable Britons and NHS and care home staff.

The rollout will happen over two stages - prioritising those most at risk of Covid - and patients will be given a third dose of whatever brand of vaccine they were originally immunised with.
