I just had a thought. Covid-19 slows in warm weather right? Come May when it's nice out and there are fewer cases going around people are going to think it's over. What I'm worried about is that while there are few cases things are going to go 'back to normal' so to speak. Bigger social gatherings and more chances for the few cases of 'rona to spread again, a second boom period for it

Cuomo just said at the press conference that there are 3000 ICU beds in NY and 80% are already in use.

He's calling for federal government to build makeshift medical facilities in dorms and schools.

But he's refusing to quarantine any cities in the state
