Italy took a while to get on full lockdown and only then did the number of cases start dropping. in the US, we still have States that refuse to lockdown. It will only hurt us in the long run because as the virus spreads to new communities who aren’t locking down, outbreaks will occur and people will flee to states that have already been locked down. What this means you will have multiple states that will peak at different times. And the red states medical infrastructure is not resolute to handle this. And the other thing is with domestic travel going on the threat of a second wave coming from the south and red states could re infect states that already flatten the curve.

Incoming Ramble:

It will be interesting how eager people are to get back to “normal”. Personally I won’t be dying to do much for a while. I’ve got a fairly small group of friends I hang out with the most and the gym as far as things I’m looking forward to doing the most. A lot of the other stuff I can pass on for a while.
