Certain parts are relatively spread out. There aren’t as many major metros as the north. As long as people aren’t ignorant, it shouldn’t be worse than everybody else.


Governance wise they are screwed.

It does seem to affect people who are overweight/obese worse once they actually contract it though. Lot of people in that category down here. Just gotta hope low population density saves us.
