Just heard about the florida process they just implemented.

If you test positive once then test positive again, the second test and subsequent tests aren't counted towards the total.

Makes sense...

HOWEVER....if you test negative, then test negative AGAIN...THAT count goes towards the total

So floridas percentage has dropped from 28% to 20 %
