Ain’t happening, even in blue states. Businesses ain’t gonna stand for being shut down again, at most, they’ll require vax cards or negative tests for entry before they straight up shut themselves down
As the variants stack up, vaccine efficacy will decline. It won't make it harder to get but should still hold up as far as serious illness.
