Right. Dying is totally different to spreading though. People may die but surely the reason for testing is to reduce and manage spread?
So how are we reducing spread with this policy?

I feel there must be an angle I am missing, but the more I try to reconcile this policy to facts, the more puzzled I am.
Sick people already go to work. Cold and virus spread already happens at work.

The guidance is based around employees not being hospitalized or worse.

It's almost certainly in response to their insurance. And the disdain towards antivaxxers.

:jbhmm: I'm wondering when they start talking about Lambda more, because that one seems like it doesn't care about the vaccine.

Delta and Delta plus, there's at least some protection of the vaccine.

Right. So this has nothing to do with stopping the virus. They are either under pressure (no pun intended) from insurers, or doing it to squeeze those who haven't had the vaccine, who truth be told are not all antivaxxers.

I understand the first point, but no one has an issue with the second one?

No, unless they have a medical reason not to they should've gotten vaccinated anyway.

If people want to be dumbass antivaxxers then they can deal with a little inconvenience or find another job. :yeshrug:
