Not really, there are just as many black people as there are white where I work at in Atlanta. I don't plan to get down like that in the workplace.

This white girl leasing consultant at my apartment I know for a fact wants me though. She is throwing it at me lol.

The issue arises when you are in a job that requires a significant amount of team work.

Don't matter... I do teamwork for my 8 to 10 hours and keep it moving

The key word is WORK... u getting paid to work not think about suzy in a skirt and how can u fukk...

Black men continue to stay thinking about p*ssy instead of money

Is there literature on this ? or does it align with the hypersexualization of black men?, They seem like two different things but maybe I'm wrong...
I was wondering the same. I feel like the hypersexualization of black men def plays into it as White women automatically assume black men want them

I had a similar situations before, women who are under the impression you "want" them so they try extra hard to fend you off. Be short with these broads. Hi, yes, thank you, I'm good.... Don't have a conversation outside of anything work related. If you are forced to communicate with them, don't ask about their lives, interests, opinions if it is not directly related to the job. Never be the one to start a convo.

Treat everyone else regularly and pretty soon she'll ask similar acquaintances what your deal is. Answer every time, " I don't know her".

This may backfire if she's extra thristy
