This is why I'am extremely Stoic, nonchalant and do not give genuine smiles(I make it obvious that I'm smiling out of courtesy), shyt works like a charm. Also avoid looking at them at all unless it's necessary.

I'm leaning towards this school of thought given that we work on projects together..

3 "sistas" at my job.

1 is a cac-ratchet(bedwench) corn-chip and cheap perfume smelling thot.
1 is a neo-soul type...always lookin dour and depressed and won't speak to anyone.
1 is an old lady raising her grandson while her daughter goes out getting smashed.

No interaction with females at my job outside of my team.

Right, you cant just hide in a corner if you are looking to make big moves.
