It's pretty basic really.

You bump into someone in the offices. Nobody there. Low key interrogation begins.

"Hey what about X...did he do Y last week...."

"How do you like your colleague, ain't he lil something eh?"

"Watch what you talkin bout around here...people talk....I'm not like them though...but watch for others, some of them are snakes"

The latter one is most demonic...like cmon breh.... you think I'm fallin for that shyt in 2015?

At first I was why would you ask me those stupid shyt questions...but then I realized.... these fukks tryin to catch me off guard.

But it ain't about catching me offguard. I realized they catch each other, left and right, all the time. There's couple of explanations.

1) bored out of their skulls, generate drama to make some kind of interest at the workplace
2) beaten down by corp. life, turned into snitches or whatever

Work is not meant to be fun. However it should not be insufferable and depressing.

If a person wakes up everyday and has to literally force themselves to work or eat a chocolate bar to feel better they need a new job.

40-60 hours a week 5 days out of the week for 40 years is a long ass time to be feeling like shyt.

40 years of the best years of your life, to retire with next to nothing. Corporate America has outlived it's use. That is why I ain't ever gonna have kids until I get a million dollars saved up. Post Recession world is a nightmare to raise your kids on bullshyt corporate America paychecks.

Past 2 weeks shyts been loose, I got a separate office and there's literally no more tasks for me to do, since shyt is mad easy. But I have to be here. It's like being on temporary house arrest. I have to be here for 8 hours, even if I don't actually do any effective work.

would it make too much sense for you to invest that time writing a business plan, scripts crafting small scale projects for your passion instead of wallowing in self pity on the internet?

When I'm in the office, I can't relax, you never know who's gonna barge in. Pity party for the win.

I did. I had couple published, put those on private. Because...the way I did things, it seemed like a series. And I did some promo etc etc and got couple hundred people watching. But then I ran into time problems...and I realized wait a minute...

I have my concept in mind, and I'm working to get some audience, knowing full well I can't deliver on the schedule. Either overtimes, or can't match my working schedule with the guests I want, and I could easily be looking at delays and general not-delivering the promise.

Hence why I keep thinking about quitting.

Also I don't want to do any analysis. Succesful people didn't pontificate and analyze shyt, they just did it. Nike slogan pure genius. Just do it, and see what happens. Do it full throttle and see where you end up.

Procrastinating by analysis is something I already did in my early years, won't repeat that mistake ever again.

i think you're fronting but will play along. any artist that wants to grow wants as much publicity as possible to showcase his talent.

then man up, put your two weeks notice in at the corporation and go follow your creative dreams.
