No we justify it by stating the fact incomes and career opportunities are greater in the north east and west coast compared to the rest of the country. Now if your have a career getting by on the balls of your ass and that job can easily be had elsewhere, then maybe you should go elsewhere

New Yorkers move to the Carolinas and Florida and then complain how it ain't new York...

Why don't new yorkers move to Chicago? It has a lot of similar qualities with a much cheaper price

2k rent? Even if split that's still too high.. Y'all better off moving to a different part of the city or copping a house outside of NYC.

Nah we both work in the city and are expecting and are only staying close for family and work. Yea its high but we dont plan on paying that for long. We plan on buying a house in 2 years or so.

I'll be honest I'm not sure I would live what would constitute the suburbs. Definitely not in these cookie cutter style suburbs where all the houses are the same these days.

I'm a nature guy and love some isolation so probably something that would more constitute the country or rural area. I lived in some apartments that were odd and situated in this sort of area by its lonesome and just being outside where it's quiet and you can smell the trees and see all types of wildlife from deer, wild turkey, etc. is something I'm determined to make part of my permenant living arraignment. Not sure if areas like this outside of NYC exist.
fukk you nikka your avi made me hungry :pacspit:

Nah we good. Plus in Florida and the Carolinas the real estate market is ripe for the taking since its cheap. There is alot of land and money in the south's real estate market compared to chicago.
