Female barbers included wouldn't be all that great so here's an idea

In a lot of barbershops (at least here in NYC) the shop is shared with a beauty salon.

So you can have a show where there is a hair salon and barbershop combined.

Guys at the barbershop will stand firm on their arguments no matter how absurd or wrong they are.

Males don't create as much drama as females so that's where it'd end up failing. Unless you add some female barbers to the mix () then I don't see it working.

Bingo. This is what every tv executive will tell you. Not enough drama with men.
