He and Ryback aren't the best wrestlers and Ryback can be entertaining as hell when the 'E let's him be but he ain't got the powerful striking moves that Roman has. Or his face. A lot of people think that Roman has no charisma or personality but that brooding quiet thing works for him. It can make him look menacing, cool AND it's sexy as fukk at the same time. that shyt alone makes an impact. He makes you want to watch him. He just commands attention especially when he's in his zone. You just don't wanna look away. (Except for that Bray vs Roman singles match. shyt was boring I wanted to SHIELD my eyes from that

Not only that, but these Shield dudes just have chemistry with each other. That's why I don't think too many other people would've worked in place of ANY of the guys. The natural synergy in the ring is amazing to watch. They struck lightning with the Shield.
