Naw. A breh that can do Deadlifts is a strong mufvcka. One of the most important weight exercises you can do to build strength. Belee dat.
I know 140lb guys that can deadlift 350lb easy. When they get caught they get ragdolled. Its not a great estimate of someone's overall strength.

As far as lifting weights, actually it is, but there's a difference between weight room strength, and functional strength. Besides, you would expect a 140 lb person to get ragdolled by someone quite larger than them, but a dude weighing 140 but deadlifting 350 is gonna be ragdolling anyone around his size that doesn't lift

That's why lifting weights and doing calisthenics is the way to go,calisthenics gives you a nice amount of functional strength

Yes, I would whoop his ass right now bc i box and am hench. In my prime, I would also wash this scrub on the court as well. I would have had to drop some weight first though, but it would've happened. He is mentally and physically weak and cannot stand up to the spiritual and emotional and philosophical onslaught that i would put him through.

but to answer the question, as a super conditioned athlete, dude would probably wash about 95% of brehs here just off stamina.
This. That's why I fear no man who's not fit. I'm a beast. Eventually my opponent will get tired.

Steph Curry ain't 6'3 185.. he's more like 6'1, 150-160 lbs breh.

With that said I'd give him a 1-2 and finish him off with a left hook, then skip into the sunset with his mom and ayesha curry :troll:
If he's in my weight class I'll mop his light skinned ass. I weigh 150-155. 142 when I'm at my best. He'd be throwing hands and I'd be throwing my soccer trained legs. I'm sure my legs are stronger than his arms.

Most NBA players don't know how to fight.:francis:

Unless he's a professional fighter he'd wouldn't fight any better than an average person walking the street.

I swear, those stats be :ducktales: af

steph looks like way smaller than that, using reporters close to him as reference you might see it

Point is, all nba players have some altered stats (taller)

They got nikkas measuring heights with Tom Cruise shoes on.
