Conventional wisdom is to always get angry at the player for holding out. But I have zero issue with this. I don't care that he recently signed the deal.

They just need to restructure the deal, give him a big signing bonus and make sure he's getting paid more than byron allen (which is supposedly his issue). Besides that, I wouldn't extend the deal just a restructure and make sure he gets more $.

Also, dolphins did stick by him through that domestic violence charge and didn't suspend him....:yeshrug:
I agree.

But i could also see him getting traded because we know Grier loves to deal. Hope Noah's ready. Which there are reports saying Noah may be ready for that leap

That statistic actually blows my mind.:mindblown:.

I would have thought there were multiple players in multiple seasons since then that have done it.:yeshrug:.
He has a knack for the ball. He’s not the best cover corner out there. Not sure he’s even top 3 CB according to some. But been the best ball hawk for a minute

Lowkey, Tua got some pass catchers on the roster.

Waddle, Fuller, Parker, Preston Williams, Albert Wilson, Allen Hurns, im not gonna count jakeem and the other cats.

Solid 3 tight end rotation.

I feel like 7-8 receivers gonna be on the roster cause injuries will pile up and some of them coming back from injury.

He just finds the ball. It's not like teams avoid throwing to him, he's not some shutdown corner. He just catches it when he gets the chance.

The reason why multiple players don't have it is because when you get that many picks stop giving them a chance ala Sherman, Haden(browns days), Revis etc.

Xavier can get like 10 targets at him a game

Xavien Howard is likely gone based on what he said on this podcast according to dolphin talk.com podcast.

All y’all that are gonna cry about it prepare yourself mentally so we don’t have to hear all the yapping when it actually happens.

Grier is not trading X unless someone is offering a 1st round pick + extra. He isn't getting rid of X unless someone gets to their asking price.

Geiski is more likely to get trade.

I don’t see them giving X what he wants and based on X’s exact quote I don’t see him budging on his demands

This is a notable development for Miami on a couple of fronts. If the team does indeed follow through and finds room for Wilson on the outside, rookie Jaylen Waddle will be freed up to take a higher percentage of the snaps from the slot, which is where he was most frequently used last year at Alabama. Furthermore, more of Wilson on the outside is bad news for talents like Preston Williams, who currently don’t offer a great deal of special teams value and are lower on the pecking order at wide receiver after the additions of Waddle and Fuller to the mix.
