This is more for that urban legend-- every few threads or anytime "snitching" gets brought up- The TIP case is the first one ppl mention when they really only know MINIMAL facts about the case.

It usually goes like this: "TI was a felon. He had 10 machine guns- He should be doing minimum X amount of years...he musta SNITCHED"

I just wanted to put as much of a close on it as possible
(with PROOF) knowing that some ppl will still say whatever they want end of day & its plenty online who STILL dont really know what snitching is

The unnamed snitch wasn't Alfamega, it was a former bodyguard that used to be around Yung Joc and Block. Alfamega snitched on a heroin dealer back in the 90's.

Btw... BG got 14 in the Feds for similar charges.

Some things are sealed and not for the public even if u use pacer..........but it will be in all of your personal paperwork that you get and when you get to what ever prison you're going to they will ask to see your paper work and check for any 5k1's or rule 35's ...... the feds hide alot of things...but I don't know if t.i snitched or not

Conviction rates are all that matter. Laws and jail sentences aren't created equal, Some people do more time for attempt murder than people who actually commit murders.

Also this country loves guns and dogs, you can't harm dogs and expect not to get punished. You get harsher penalties for hurtunga dog, than an actual human.

T.I. was a big fish, for him to be able to snitch, he'd have to give up a much bigger fish. What big fish fried?

The funny thing is everyone became a lawyer, I've never been close to owning a gun and even I know that laws are different in different states.

T.I. was facing 10 with all those things, while everyone who gets caught with just one hand gun in NY is legally facing 15 years. The minimum for a hand gun in NY is more than the maximum in GA.

problem is nowhere in this document is "concerned citizen"listed. Basically you asking me to prove a negative. That he didnt snitch.

All Im saying is all the evidence shows that if there was nobody to snitch on, and he had all the same lawyers + plus money and fame- he was gonna get off light.

Further more there is nobody for TIP to snitch on- no BIG FISH- he is the BIG FISH. ATF wasnt gonna find a more high value target than a rich TI, famous rapper in his prime. Add in that the guns were being sold by undercovers- and he didnt even have a gun plug to give up to them.

At this point I cant make nobody beleive anything, but will say those who call hima snitch the job is on YOU to post some proof. Because "I heard/i think" aint good enough to go against what I have posted here in the OP.
