In Georgia the papers are interviewing nursing home directors and morgues that say they have seen numerous cases that aren't counted because they can't test the bodies. I know someone who lost a kid due to this and that kid was not counted because they didn't test her. It's pretty apparent that Kemp is keeping the numbers low to appease Trump.
