@Lord Scarf I kept hearing Canadian government rejecting KN95 masks because it don't meet their standard even after Chinese government introduce stricter regulations on their PPE. Does it have something to do with their quality or because Canada has different standard for respirator. Like for example KN95 has looser seal because it use ear loops instead of overhead loops as in N95.
I don't know why canada is rejecting KN95 considering at hospitals majority of the staff is just wearing hospital masks and only those who deal with covid patients are giving n95
I just think the KN95 did not test out to be 95 percent
I've mostly been eating the same meals every day.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and an egg white, single serving of turkey sausage, cup of broccoli steamed
Lunch: 8oz of grilled chicken, 1 serving of tarot tots, cup of broccoli steamed
Dinner: 4 pieces of Ezekiel bread with 98% lean turkey breast and 2 more servings of tots
Snack: 1-2 apples
I drink water and protein shakes with ON Whey and water. Typical calories are under 2500 a day. I been buying in bulk from Sams Club and Aldi now. Also take a multi-vitamin every day. I'm actually losing a bit of weight even though I never exercise anymore and haven't since March 14th. Many of my co-workers are gaining weight. I'm gonna next cut down on the potatoes and move to more veggies.

We just got KN95 and I hate those damn things. The N95 straps are WAY better.
If I could get some of the FFP2's from Europe that would be excellent.
The ear straps are GARBAGE
