If it's "case closed" why would Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna each be working on boosters and/or improved vaccines for the "variants"?
Because it's money in it.
They were working on a Sars2 vaccine years ago but never finished it because the virus killed people so fast it burned itself out and disappeared. So as long as there is money to be made on a disease they gonna make drugs for it.
