CHICAGO
@CHICAGO these mfers lying..
THATS WHY THEY SAID MASK UP AGAIN...

THEY DIDNT GIVE 2 shytS
ABOUT THE UNVACCINATED
WHEN THEY DROPPED THE MASK MANDATE SO THEYRE OBVIOUSLY
NOT REVERSING COURSE FOR THE UNVACCINATED.

CDC LEAKED SLIDE SAID
15% OF HOSPITAL DEATHS
WERE VAXXED AND THAT WAS BACK
IN MAY...
WE KNOW THAT NUMBER
HAS TO BE HIGHER NOW
WITH THE EMERGENCE OF DELTA.

YET THESE IDIOTS KEEP
PARROTING 99% ARE UNVAXXED.

Whole lotta Juelz Santana in this vid.

possible explanation:
W33OByl.png

A. illness upper respiratory tract (incl. nasal cavity) - fast build up, not "severe", no hospitalisation most cases, transmission, mutations, "cold like (delta) symptoms", detectable via RT-PCR test, can permeate blood-brain barrier.

B. illness lower respiratory tract - slower build up, can build up to be severe, mutations, can build up to hospitalisation, possible lung damage, possible follow on organ damage

-

high antibodies protect against the swift attack of A. secondary immune system protects against the build up of B in the absence of high antibodies and/or an effective defence.

waning antibodies opens up the possibility of URT infection, mutations, long covid, transmission etc as listed under A PLUS if the primary immune system is not good enough less likely but possible severe LRT infection.

waning longer-term secondary immune system ceteris-paribus means more severe cases.

them not being clear about the various stages (or "types" even) of infection is confusing people. in other words covid infection is not always the same in terms of what is actually infected (and the degree, of course).

this is why the common symptoms of vaccinated with delta are upper respiratory tract biased. i.e. in your head rather than your lungs e-grow :hhh: .

"Headache, sneezing, sore throat, and loss of smell rounded out the rest of the top five symptoms for fully vaccinated people who contracted COVID.

Missing from that top-five list was coughing or shortness of breath, which were among the most frequently reported signs of COVID-19 early in the pandemic, before vaccines were available. A runny nose and sneezing were not commonly reported in initial cases."

there is no way to measure B/T-cell preparedness so we will see if this attenuates on the results side of things.

If you need 3 shots is it really effective?(will there be more?) It seems like its not working like it should or it is wearing down. Fully vaccinated people are still getting it.

I'm not knocking anyone that got it, but people that don't have it yet or are thinking about it are looking at it like WTF is the point. I'm not trying to get a booster shot every couple of months just to go to a restaurant or the gym. They keep moving the goal post.

They said it would be effective against the Delta variant but people are still getting it.
The booster shot was supposed to be for people with weak immune systems but now everyone is supposed to get it?

Wouldn't it make more sense to test everyone so they can quarantine?

Yeah, I just flat-out don't get it. I'm 33. Haven't been sick since Winter 2001. No pre-existing conditions (I'm not fat, I don't have diabetes, asthma, and immunocompromised issues, etc.). I've worked in a very public place around hundreds of people daily, throughout this entire pandemic. Haven't gotten sick at all, even though I probably caught COVID at some point given how contagious it appears to be. Why take the vaccine at this point if you're me? I probably inhaled that virus a dozen times already and my body handled it, so why risk heart inflammation or some other shyt?

This is the problem when people look at only half the #'s without context.

Israel has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world. Among 60+ their vaccination rate is something like 90%. So just 10% of unvaccinated are accounting for close to 40% of the hospitalizations.

Here is the exact difference:

Health Ministry data shows that among Israelis aged 60-plus, there are 16.6 people per 100,000 in serious condition. Among the unvaccinated the figure is 98.5.

Among older Israelis, serious COVID rate six times as high if unvaccinated

The vaccine is ENORMOUSLY helpful. It's that simple if you just stop and think/research for 5 minutes.

It is just fine

there is no secret serum that’s just going to knock covid out the box forever. Like the flu, this shyt will be here forever. Annual/Bi-Annual vaccinations is probable future
Why go back and forth with that perma shutdown wanting zero covid idiot? He’s fine being in his basement. The bulk of the country is vaccinated, and will be just fine. He moves the goalposts all over the place, but the fact is, if you are young (ie under 60) and vaccinated there is microscopic risk. He wants that to still shut folks lives down. People’s lives will go one while he’s sitting at home posting about long covid

yeah ok..

So, instead of posting a receipt of me stating 'Vaccinated people can't get COVID', as you claimed, you post me stating a fact backed-up by science.....

According to the research, the vast majority (80%) of immunized COVID-19 carriers did not spread the virus to anyone else while at concerts, restaurants, gyms or event halls, Channel 12 reported.

And this.....

I was on a board of education meeting with other parents and the hot topic were masks. There were a surprising number of parents that were extremely vocally anti mask. Luckily the superintendent and board of education has sense and will require all children wear masks. I was about to pop off on these bytch ass idiots.

Wild. The percentage of vaxxed folks in the hospital go up if you have a lot higher of a vaccinated population ? You don’t say. So…in a country that hypothetically gets 100% vaccinated, then low and behold….a whopping 100% of severe cases will be vaccinated individuals. So many absolute rubes that don’t understand math and stats.
