good answer:francis:
exactly my point

you arent reading anything, and that is the issue. You cant sit here and tell me you know more when you dont know my position

all ive said is that the article presented isnt strong enough to say definitively(or at all) that red meat does anything to you differently than say poultry or fish

you see it as condescension but its what review is, you dont just post information and assume it real. You investigate the substance of the statements

something lacking in this thread :cheff:

who gives a shyt
there is copious amounts of robust academic evidence to support the cardiovascular toxicity and carcinogenicity of meat

You are beating up on one article (improperly or not, I have no idea and don't care) while calling yourself versed on the topic, AND stating that
you cant simply say hey red meat is bad

AND then calling a presentation which I posted and which is a masterfully and elegantly presented compendium (not one or two, but dozens) of papers (literally, the papers are shown and highlighted in the presentation) on the latest nutrition research; elucidating clearly the statistically significant mortal dangers of meat, eggs and dairy, A GOOFY DOCUMENTARY

and then claiming that I am blinded by bias...well...I will let the evidence speak for itself.

you still dont get it :dead:

you dont even know how meat could even possibly cause cardiovascular blockages etc

i had to read a book on angiogenesis for a graduate class and i can tell you straight up that it isnt that easy to say hey this food causes this because frankly there are mechanical forces at work in blood flow that in all honesty are impossible to predict even with extremely sophisticated computer flow simulators

i will never, or ever watch a documentary BEFORE i read sources

its the half assed way of learning things and ive had to beat it out of my friends because they just end up trumpeting bullshyt like you are here :skip:
