I wish Melo was able to find his way on the Rockets. He gives them that additional third scorer in the starting lineup and he would be able to play with his buddy Chris Paul. I know Melo is salty as fukk right now because the team he was trying to get traded to the most is on their way to the Western Conference finals while he is chilling at home after being ousted in the first round by a team lead by a rookie.

There was 1-2 seasons max where the clippers could’ve gone and didn’t, with them getting hosed by the officials in one of those cases. Carmelo catches shyt because he so flagrantly put his money ahead of team success to the point that the Knicks had to gut their roster to get him. It was so thin a team when he got there that he’d have been better off in Denver. There’s that and the fact that he gave a shyt effort on defense.

I know Carmelo played like a fossil. But neither PG or Melo got a rhythm in that OKC offense next to WB. I think Melo would have been a groove playing next to two smarter playmakers in CP3 and Harden. When Melo is hot, the Thunder don't really feed him the ball so most of the time he was playing out of rhythm. He's also a fossil

They would still have Tucker's defense though plus Melo on the team. If you need defense just sub Melo out. If you watched enough OKC games, Melo adjusted the way he played for OKC and he would have done the same for the Rockets. Melo was mostly camping on the 3 point line and had an occasional post up here and there vs. the beginning of the season when he and PG where playing like they weren't on another team.
