I seen this nasty shyt when I was locked up.
They had us in large ass open area(dorm) with stacked beds . All these guys packed up on one skinny kid.
They would wrap his sleeping area with a sheets. And run trains on him. He took it for a week , until he knocked out on the dorm.
He wrote down all the names and saved his sheets and clothing for dna evidence.
Wrote letters to the warden and to who ever would listen. The crazy part is , some of the guys that were doing this , had whole families(wife , kids) coming to visit them. Had family pics on their cells.

I've been locked up in 3 different states and I've NEVER seen this shyt happen.

If any inmate got into some kind of sexual misconduct while in the joint they would get a sex crime charge, time added to their sentence and possibly sent to civil commitment as a sexual predator

Never been in jail but every ex-con I talk to (or even random ex-con accounts on Youtube) say that rape don't really happen.

Men enter into consensual relationships for protection but cats ain't getting raped left and right. Maybe a long time ago, in the 80's or something.
