I'm not sure I agree. Woman, from a very young age, get taught that their worth as a person is defined by their looks and the attention they get. And from 16/17 until their mid 30's they receive lots and lots of attention, men buy them stuff, let them skip the line, offer them free things, complimemt them, all based on their looks. Then, in their thirties that attention slowly decreases and in their mid to late thirties it stops almost completely. One woman told me, that it felt as if she had become invisible all of a sudden. Now, when you've been taught that your worth depends on your looks and when you measured that worth in the attention you could attract, that shyt will hit you self esteem hard. So I don't think it's that they don't bring anything to the table besides their looks, it's that they've been taught that nothing the, bring to the table matters besides their looks.

Rather go under a knife than under a barbell. Real talk, when I go to the gym in my town and workout, I literally never see black women in there. Maybe one or two every now and then but not often. Not comparable to how often white women go.
