I use credit card for EVERYTHING and I typically pay it off at the end of each day. so I'm essentially at a 0 balance at any given time.

Have a $550 balance on a $16k limit travel visa

I have 4 credit cards I rotate for a variety of things

costco citibank visa 5K limit, balance 0-use this for travel and fuel cuz 4% cash back
BOA unlimited cash back 21k limit, balance 0-use this for pretty much everything cuz it's 2.625% cash back on every purchase
BOA customized cash rewards 33k limit, balance 90-use this for certain things like groceries and online shopping cuz it's 5.25% on online shopping and 3.5% on groceries
apple card 14k limit, balance 0-only use this for certain merchants that fall into the 3% category ie walgreens/uber/nike/panera

I stay on the credit cards like a hawk.
