So was your life ruined or were you inconvenienced? Stop crying

More than inconvenienced. I had rent to pay and would have gotten evicted. Lost part of my credit score I’ve been working on for years from missing payments. Not only that, they cancelled my cards. So it wasn’t like I could have gotten funds from anyone

I only lucked out I had a homeboy in good financial position to loan me $400. Once I got my 2 grand back I was good

Who cares, they stealing from banks who steal from the people. If this was debit card scamming then that's totally different.
actually, they are stealing from online merchants, small business owners.
Banks aren't affected. They just chargeback the merchant and charge them an extra fee on top of it.

So the merchant ships the expensive item. Once you ship an item, it's pretty much gone and extremely hard to get it back.
The merchant ALSO gets slapped a penalty by the bank (the bank charges them $15-30 for a charge reversal)

The bank actually profits from thiefs like this.
The bank always sides with the customer (because customers = money) and screws over the merchant.

That's an even more elaborate scam in itself.

In more capitalistic societies, people rise about everyone by

1. Cheating
2. Being first
3. Being smarter.

The educational system in this country is a joke, and really depends heavily upon social background and status, so scratch away being smarter.
Being first is also tied to education most of the time...

SO all that's left is cheating. Consumers simply need to be smarter about safeguarding their info. I've been a victim to car theft before, and lost my job because it was a total loss and I couldn't commute to work, but at the end of the day, nikkas gotta eat. I don't like it and I detest car thieves, but it is what it is. Life goes on.

You can't do this shyt dolo....and with all the cameras out there the runners they use always talk when they get caught

Getting the numbers and printing cards is the easiest part

I remember a case in Fl where fools were having merch shipped to addresses in their names

:snoop:

They arrested a gang of people

I also know a nikka right here in Houston who got 70 years fukking with Nigerians
They put everything on him when shyt went south

When you mix credit card fraud and identity theft.. the Feds gonna hurt your ass

It can be done alone. You just can't be greedy about it and want to steal in large droves. Runners are the worst because when they get caught you have no leverage. The more people you deploy the easier it is for not only the feds to catch up but to also attach more serious charges on you.

But me personally I think these types of scams should be a means to an end. The ones that either don't want it to end or try to skip to the ending are the ones that get caught.

This is what I don't get - you have banks like this current Wells Fargo scandal going on, where they intentionally defraud people out of millions by overselling and cross sellingbank products, (fake checking and savings account) setting up credit/debit card accounts with all those unauthorized fees and charges. Yet they get caught, but serve no jail time. Compared to that, this credit card scamming is just nickel and dime stuff. That's why I'm like :yeshrug:, idk, not going to judge them. I wouldn't do it bc I get that stealing is stealing, and it's not right on either side, but these financial companies do more aggressive methods than this to take from people and have more of an impact on society.
It’s just the golden rule breh - he who has the gold makes the rules.

he put some of his folks out there

they should blur everyone face not just the subject of the video

if they want him they can get him easy now

understand though the law is just muscle for the biggest criminals

any crime being committed the powers that be committ at a higher level

law enforcement is about maintaining control of profit

it's all about profit
