If I live in New York 20 years but I keep my residency in Nebraska, I don't get in-state tuition. Paying sales tax in New York -- the tax illegal supporters keep mentioning, but dropped the sales part of a couple years ago -- does not give me residency or the benefits of residency.

So again how do illegals prove residency? Is it more rigorous or less than non citizens?

Why charge a different rate for out of state at all?

Would alleged California illegals moving to New York be eligible? Would illegals from Canada, crossing the border twice?
