I was specifically talking about Game 1. Curry averaged 26 ppg (10 ppg more than any other Warriors player) in the Finals last season, yet judging by this board you would've thought that he was a non-factor. Every case is different, you can't compare past greats to the position Curry is in now. Especially when he receives more attention on/off the ball than a large majority of them.
This is complete bullshyt:mjlol:

Which great does Curry receive more attention than?

So give me some littles then. Bird, Magic, Jordan, Bron, Kobe they all were defended easy compared to what Curry is facing:deadmanny:
Outside of bird none of those players are great 3 point shooters, so none of them were being doubled behind the 3 point line. Stop acting slow son. They were being double off the drive. nikka pretty much fighting thru the screen and the big man is hedging toward curry still and it leaves the roll man(usually draymond to dominate)

Nobody said what they got was easy, they just never been a shooter like curry in the league.

It's not complete bullshyt, and if you knew what you were talking about you wouldn't even suggest so. He receives more defensive attention than practically every single perimeter player that's played the game - a lining of his gravity off the ball, zone principle defenses that allow teams to center their entire defense around him and defenses in general being more advanced than they've ever been. Like I said in my previous post, it was only one game - he still put up "great" stats in the Finals last season despite 3-4 players being within a stone's throw on most possessions.

Who are these great players that receive less attention than Curry? Like actual names. Not fukking Kevin Johnson or Jamal Mashburn,

Oh you one of these zone defense nikkas:aicmon:

Also I'm counting all 7 games he's played in the finals. He might start dominating but up till now he's been disappointing.

He's had a few subpar games (G2 last season and G1 this season), but for the most part he's played up to his ability. I don't know why we have to solely focus on his performance against one team when he's proven himself all throughout the playoffs, over the last two seasons.

96 bulls finished 87-13. Only team in nba history to lead the league in offense and defense. They had a guy named Michael Jordan too. He was an a$$hole:mjlol:
