Steph is amazing..he's one of the most fun to watch of all time.

This game is equivalent to Kobe's 81. This is Jordans 63 vs the Celtics. I was born in 90 so I only got to see MJ in the last few years with the bulls and I witnessed all of Kobe's career. We know LBJ is great but this Curry guy is transcendent like MJ and Kobe. Like you literally sit back and think this is some divine intervention when this guy gets it going. I'm rooting for them boys to lose but when you see Curry play at his max like we did tonight, there's no strategy to stop this man. Just like there was no strategy to stop MJ or Kobe when they were at their max. Its otherworldly.

I recognize LBJ as a great player but he has never done anything to make me say "man, thats just some otherworldly stuff". I've never wondered "How does he do that" with LBJ. Steph is reaching that upper echelon of the legends brehs. All he needs is some more rings.

If this isn't otherwordly stuff than I don't know what to say. Are you forgetting 1st stint in Cleveland LeBron as an athlete breh. Dude had cat quickness at 260

did you read my post? have you ever played basketball vs a team full of assassin chuckers? I HAVE. and yes one dude was chucking from the same spot steph did. understand something. if you're not 6'5 plus with super long arms and large hands plus hops. you probably will never dunk like jordan. but everyone that works on it well enough and its some what blessed with the ability can shoot well. not curry well. but well enough to go off from 3. yes, i've seen guys hit 3's from that far IN GAME. and i realize better pick this fool up full court. lay in his jersey. dont come out until the possession is over. you face guard him so he cant get it. if that doesnt work. you're up in him . let him break my ankles. but he wont because i know he wants to shoot a 3 ball. all the shakes in the world wont work if you know what a person is trying to do. this is why it amazes me and obviously OScard R too, when you see teams not actually guarding him tightly along the perimeter. Yeah we had argument in the Mia game about Pick n Roll d against Curry(which i was right about), but I gotta agree with you here.

However, at this point teams have to start trying some out of the box things to try to break the rhythm he's in now.

He never had the layups because for the most part he dunked the ball.

Pretty layups just weren't his thing. Just like Steph dunking isn't his.

I guess it depends on what people are talking about in terms of wow factor. Is it skill wise or does raw athleticism no longer considered a wow factor



Jumping up and snatching a rebound over somebody's head and then sprinting down the court coast to coast doesn't excite you....then..

Also you could probaly find a highlight reel of nothing but crazy LeBron jumpers. He's just a streak shooter and never takes/makes those shots as consistently as others.

He wasn't even peak athletically in Miami and he was still jumping over people making absurd plays.

LeBron's passing TODAY is still more aesthetically pleasing than most pg's in the league. Brehs were in the OKC/Cle game thread at some of those passes.



Now I get Jordan and Kobe.
