but Bron neva had that wow factor/ aesthetically pleasing crossover/moves to the basket or tripple pump fakes fadeaway on the baseline jumpshots:gladbron: like Kobe/Jordan or AI b..he's just a supa freak athlete who's.basically the jack of all trades n master of none.:manny:

Bron Bron is a beast but he's the least exciting player to watch when it comes to moves/reverse baseline dunks/layups..fadeaways/pull up jumpers :mjpls:

this MJ play is just absurd

Reading some real suspect shyt in this thread

"There's nothing special about LeBron he's just a great athlete"

"LeBron shouldn't even be mentioned with Curry right now, Churry's only chasing Bean and Jordan"

Ya'l gotta stop. What Curry is doing is awesome but let's not disrespect a decade of dominance. Dude was the best player in the world like the last 8 out of the last 10 years :russ:
Agreed. LBJ's put up stats that are insanely absurd, even beyond what we're seeing from Steph.

BUUUUUT, what separates Steph's statistical output from the rest is, there is noooooo precedent whatsoever to what Steph's doing. None. We've seen LeBron's prototype in Oscar Robinson(averaged a triple-double for a season), Magic Johnson, etc. We've seen those guys put up the insane amount of stat-stuffing statistics that LBJ's put up. But we've never seen a shooter as good as Steph. There is no Steph prototype.....

Steph's game is one of the greatest anomalies in the history of the NBA. He creates shooting records and shatters his own records. There are categories where LBJ is still chasing the greats in. But within Steph's style of play, he's only chasing himself, because he's usurped all other great shooters of the past.

Of course none of this translates into Steph being the better player. Prime LBJ>>>>>>Current Steph by a MILE!!!!

He's prime Wilt/Shaq from the 3pt line. :wow:

Breh, I made a whole argument for him not being in Jordan and Kobe's league as scorer but I might have to recant. They couldn't touch how he's doing this shyt.
We been telling you no one is as offensive as unstoppable as Steph but ya'll nikkas want to argue. Leave this shyt to me @Gil Scott-Heroin and nikkas who watched a lot of tape from three 70s, 80s and 90s. We know the game. Steph is the best offensive force any of us have ever seen. He's the most unguardable player in NBA history next to Shaq and Wilt but his consistency and being a willing teammate sets his impact apart from even those two. No SG has the efficiency of Kareem, Wilt or Shaq and no PG till Steph had the efficiency of Jordan.

Curry is rewriting how the game is played but honestly, he is such an anomaly that I don't see this being attainable for most NBA future players. It's so hard to have that agility, those handles, that shot, that court vision, that passing ability mixed with that aggressiveness and BBIQ. He's not close to the most talented offensive player I've seen but he has the most impossible combination mix to stop that I have ever seen.

Current Steph is > prime Bron though, if we're being honest

Hes a GOAT level player, Brons passive nature, while admirable, held him back from being a true GOAT contender
> prime Kobe too if we're being honest

Dudes act like Jordan made every shot, never made any mistakes, etc. Get outta here....

If someone says Curry is the best player they've ever seen, then so be it....it's warranted. He's DOMINATING right now.

If somoene says Jordan is, I understand that too. But you don't have to hate Curry to validate Jordan. Because to be honest Jordan got alot of help from refs.

I just picture some of y'all sitting there watching TV, seeing Curry hit halfcourt game winners and getting mad like, "he ain't no Jordan tho"

:camby:
The issue is Michael might be the most talented Basketball player of all time and socially dominant. You can't blame his stans from sucking him off like superhead everyday but with that said, Steph is transcendent. Old heads will talk about the era but this era is way better and stronger than the 2000 and 90s and it completely shots and that uptempo lack of high BBIQ defense but being very physical style of the 80s.

He's just offensively impossible to guard. Not even Iverson impossible, like much greater, he doesn't have any offensive flaws you can exposes especially with that supporting cast. I've always stated that NBA guard on how teams see the league will change when PG's start being used like QBS. Steph is the Tom Brady of the NBA, not the most talented but in that system, he's probably on his way to GOAT status.

LeBron is extremely underrated, one of the most talented players ever. Him and Jordan are transcendent talents and he might be the most singular impactful player for ever play the game and he's a wing player. That's almost impossible. But offensively, yeah, Steph is on his way to GOAT status and looking at the age of his support cast, it's not changing anytime soon.

Everyone's talking about how great his shooting/scoring is - when we also need to acknowledge how great his passing is, his ability to breakdown defenses and how many points he generates from secondary assists and defensive attention - the offensive impact is literally unmatched.
That shot off the dribble and range with consistency is something no one else in NBA history ever had and those handles are scary good. I agree with Iverson. Him and Kyrie are all time with handles. They are already top two ever. No one has their handles with that agilty, Iverson had the agility and more speed but he lacked discipline with his handles and game overall even considering his more talented than Kyrie or Curry.

Kobe Jordan mj dominated 5 seasons or more

Curry on season 2...let's see if he can keep up

Mj dominated a good 9-10 years. Check his numbers before he got a ring :wow:

Neat fact but Curry is damn near a scratch golfer. Which is amazing because it's not like he has the time to play like your average golfer.

His hand/eye coordination is legit not ordinary beyond the basketball court. Anybody who has played golf knows this is :whoo:

Michael wasn't winning though. Michael game was iso dominate, his play making ability was far closer to Kobe and McGrady than Steph, Magic and LeBron. I really don't like Jordan topics. He's one of the most overrated legends ever due to his impact on the game being far bigger than his actual impact on the court. He had the best team of his era. This nikka retired, they replaced him with a CBA player in Brown and they went on to win 55 games without Jordan. LeBron could leave Cleveland right now and they go into the shyt mode. Magic left the Lakers and they felt the fukk off. But Jordan leaves and they only win two less games and are still a contender. Naw son, I aint buying his impact whatsoever. The 80s said all you need to know in that arena.

just can't see another player comin up like him, i mean it's possible, but people been shootin 3's for years ..they aint shootin it like steph at all

Oh, there's a child somewhere out there with an almost autistic devotion to imitating Steph's game. 15 years from now he is going to hit the league and his stans will claim that he is better than his blueprint :mjpls:
