Pick up a receiver in the 3rd round and take a developmental QB with the first 4th round pick (like Cardale).
Its way too early to think anything is settled.

RG3 is a stop gap until they develop wentz. If rg3 ever became that guy, you trade wentz. If wentz eventually passed rg3 then you trade rg3.
