You know it's getting spooky... like it always does when the Browns are in an opportunity to get franchise QBs.

It's never easy and they always have to make a choice in a situation where they get it wrong 100% of the time.

Looks like they are right on track as we speak....

I still trust Hue. One of the biggest reasons I wanted him as the head coach.

:manny:

Something useful will fall to them at #32.

There are rumors that they might trade back tho during this selection.
I would do that as well. I like Thomas ALOT but if I can get another 3rd to move back 10 slots I do that. This draft is DEEP as multiple positions... namely WR.

I just think Goff/Wentz throwing to Gordon and Thomas for the next 10 years would be too good to pass up.

Breh they are beyond trash at stopping the run and rushing the QB.

They won't ever be shyt if they don't address that first after figuring out the QB situation.

I agree that the defense is trash but this regime and coaching staff are going to lose the fans quickly if they don't put together a competent offense. If we draft a QB at #2 we need to give him some weapons especially with how Gordon is so undependable.

The front seven is more important than a #2 receiver.

The overhype for Wentz right now is fukking staggering:mindblown: I'm seeing browns fans fall in love with this cat without ever seeing him throw a pass, I just don't get it. Goff is big/tall enough(:whoa: no homomomomo) and I love his attitude, you can tell he's legit pissed that he's being compared to Wentz. We need Goff.

I would agree but I think a large portion of our defensive issues last year were systemic and not as much a talent issue. I'd actually say our biggest issue overall is red zone offense, I think we were near or at the bottom in the league in that area...a bigger wr2 in tandem with Gordon would solve that.

Based on the info that is out there it sounds like WR will more than likely be dealt with in FA.

Lete preface this by saying this... I'm not a fan of Carson Wentz only in the sense that some pundits think Carson Wentz has a high upside in comparison to a Goff or even a Lynch. Every year the absurdity that I see on TV and hear on the radio regarding certain draft prospects mystifies me.

The proof is in the tape.

The proof is always in the tape.

Let's take a look at Carson Wentz versus an above average FCS team in a playoff game:

As you can see, the level of competition Wentz plays against at the FCS level looks almost amateurish considering his age (23) and physical tools. He's rarley under pressure and even still he's a primary 1-read QB who rarely throws down field. The one time he had to come off his first read he was hesitant and uncomfortable (3:24). His throw was late due to a hitch in his delivery. Even more shocking on this throw was just how much time and space in the pocket to not look uncomfortable, yet he did.

Now let's look at him versus a true D1 true, albeit Iowa State lol

As you can immediately tell, the defensive players don't look like high school players :laff:. The throwing windows are much smaller and because of this, Wentz is alot more inaccurate. Pretty much any time he's forced to come off his first read he displays below average anticipation and accuracy.

I mean, I don't know what else to say here. The fact I can research this in 20 minutes using my cellphone, what's these 'pundits' excuse? What tape are they watching that's not available to everyone else?

This draft silly season is a flat out joke. Teams are paying broadcasters to hype certain prospects so others can drop to them. The fact the Browns have yet to figure this out is downright disgraceful.

Why... oh why in 2016 am I getting the 'here we fukkin go again' thought with this team?
