I can’t laugh too much...cuz it took me a while to realize I was being hacked

first experienced it when V and jackie did the exchange with the maelstrom crew...first I thought maybe it was the room I was in...then I thought it was the cameras lol...finally pieced it together tho

If you were getting hacked, he wasn't dead breh. The circle you see when it's hitting you is telling you where to find him.

I think there's also a perk that helps you find whose hacking you. Taking out cameras can stop that from happening to begin with.

I was in a room with nothing but dead bodies around me. Ran around shooting each head to be sure because I kept catching damage out of no where.
Glad the cornballs knew immediately the first time playing the game that they have enemies completely off screen that could damage you. You must be gamers gamers for real for real. With this game jam packed with bugs I’m supposed to know this. And again...read the first post, I said I was in a room with everyone dead. Are hackers invisible or something? Is the damage coming from a device and not a person?

they don’t have to be in the same room as you to hack you

the same dude you quoted made it clear they just need to spot you via the cameras to hack you

there’s been lots of times I’ve cleared out a room and thought “ok I’m done” but there were enemies in another room/area of the building etc.

This game is literally 75% cutscenes / travel point a to b, and 25% sloppy gun fights.
This bug fest got people really in their feelings defending it like their life depended on it.
Is this “hacker” mechanic in a bunch of other games that it should have been so obvious?
And y’all still don’t read well at all...I said off jumó everyone was dead.

Funny enough...the majority of the bugs aren’t game breaking. Just annoying as hell from a AAA studio. My only personal complaint is how sloppy the controls feel. It’s taking forever to get everything playing right for me
