Cuomo is at the top of seriously tricky machine. Toppling Crowley was a shock, beating Cuomo would be some next level ish though.

I wouldn't expect anything to change in the polls until they debate.
And @storyteller is right. Dude can outspend her, Cuomo's governor tenure hasn't been controversial plus he has a strong NY legacy because of his Dad. I'm glad Nixon is in the race to pull Cuomo to the left but her winning would be a miracle. The progressive strategy is going to take awhile to be super effective. But keep the issues and policy positions out there in the discourse by running against all status quo Dems at every opportunity.

Yep, this has been the case across the country for progressives. Alexandria did not win because of blacks, she actually won in spite of them. Black neighborhoods are where Crowley ran best.
I think our people have too much of a "better to vote for the devil you know" thing going on in these races.
