You said that if illegal immigrants are legalized, then corporations will just hire other illegal immigrants. Simple way to stop that : have the government control tightly who the corporations hire. But obviously the government doesn't want that, and from your answer you seem to believe it's either useless, or don't want it neither. Why? Because we both know that the government and corporations need taht cheap labor to rack in benefits. And they need a buffer group for other poor people to get mad at, which is what we're witnessing here and in all populist countries.

You cannot "starve capitalism of one of its fuel" because, being backed by government, it will always find news ways of exploiting the same group, or another one. Worst comes to worst you exploit people on the other side of the Earth (it's not Hispanics who sent industry plants to South East Asia). Which I'm sure most people don't mind as ong as they get cheap t-shrts and new Iphones. Or, like I said earlier, you put even more people in prison and exploit their free labor. I'm not saying anything new, it's litterally what's been going on since the 16th century. Unless you go at the root of the issue, you're just readjusting capitalism and creating other forms of exploitation to replace the current one.

And again, I'm not in favor of "illegal" immigration, I'm in favor of people having the opportunity of moving to better their condition. Or just to escape whatever bullshyt is happening in their home country, bullshyt which is often created/sponsored/supported by western governments and corporations.

If illegals are a buffer group, why are you against those advocating for the end of illegal immigration? You seem to change your position constantly.



So your argument is: the gov and capitalists are too powerful, you can't starve them but don't say anything either about one of the way they are using to push you out of your job (illegal immigration)?

So poor people should be able to move to another country (because they are victims of capitalism) but poor people of the said country should not try to stop them (even though they are the ones affected by that move and are also victims of capitalism)? So there are good victims: illegals immigrants. And bad victims: poor people affected by illegal immigration.

Since you consider capitalism being a fatality (you can't starve it because it's backed by the gov. That's your point), you can support people moving out of their country (which include illegals immigration) and I don't blame you for that. It's your position and I understand why. But I think, you should have the empathy (or the decency) to not tell poor people affected by illegal immigration to stay quiet about it. The same way you understand people immigrating, the same way you should try to understand people not being about it.

I'm saying the same stuff over and over again. Governments and corporations both have an interest in having illegal immigrants to exploit, because a. that's how they maximise profits and b. they use that group to divert attention from other groups. Instead of pointing the finger at those organizing the system, you point the finger at those suffering from it : diversion.

I know that Americans hate hearing this, but you should really have a look at what's been going on in other countries, namely Europe, because it's the same exact thing that has led to nationalist/populist/extreme-right governments. Same old story again and again and again and again. But I guess you wil say "Yes but the US is different because this that and the third" so

Fortunately it's not all poor people who blame other poor people for their problems. Illegal immigration is not the cause but one of many consequences of greed, capitalism, nationalism, etc. If you want to focus on a consequence fine, I find it more pertinent to focus on the cause. To each his own though
