We can still clown EM here.

D12 should have been alot bigger but em didn't seem to care about the group after the first album.

Obie trice also should have been bigger but just like d12, Em didn't seem to care after his first album.

Em was all over that second album rapping and producing. "Mu Band" and "How Come" were big singles at the time as well. Biggest issue is that Em was washed creatively by then.

A Classic debut album:whew:

"Any nikka lookin' too hard, we Rodney King'n 'em
Malice Green'n 'em and gasolinin 'em with premium
Light a cigarette, flick it at 'em or spit it at 'em
Hold up a picture of his family and kick it at him" -Kuniva
:scust:

If I could capture the rage of today's youth and bottle it
Crush the glass in my bare hands and swallow it
And spit it back in the faces of you racists
And hypocrites who think the same shyt, but don't say shyt

:whew: :damn: :wow:

You forgetting the impact of 50 and G-Unit at the time. Em was so caught up with trying to focus on the unit, instead of giving back to the movement. If 50 never happened, I feel like D-12, Trice, and even Royce (they would had squashed the beef around that time) would had built something powerful. Yet, sadly once it became Shady/G Unit/Aftermatch..it wasn't the same. Sure, the money was insane, but the entire focus of D-12 and em just changed for the worse:francis:

:damn::damn:

that freestyle

i'm somewhat of an Em stan but heard this once over 10 years ago and never again :mindblown:

remembered the rhyme scheme, aggression and everything

but never been able to find it (til now) that I thought I imagined it :wtf:

Devils Night is a classic BTW. Eminem was in his prime and D12 as a whole were underrated.

That was on the “Devil’s Night” promo tape. MAN I’m glad they put that up!

The remix is better and suits it..especially Em’s verse..

I think what hurt it was by that time people were kinda tired of Em's cartoony first single formula. Especially with G-Unit being around.

I feel like that hurt Obie's 2nd album, too. what was that single, I Hope She Got Some Teeth or some such?

Loved THIS album, though. Still got Pistol Pistol on one of my playlists
