Also at a certain point you can’t expect one person to take care of so many people. I think most of D12 understands.

Mr. Porter always been taking care of himself as a producer. Proof always understood. I can’t speak for the other 3.

Like Norman mentioned earlier, Eminem gave them all a platform to which the are all grateful. Bizarre said along the lines that Eminem has put him in a position to be able to take care of his family for the rest of his life. They all work on their individual projects, Swift and Kuniva released a project together and hit the touring circuit Europe. They have never once said in interviews or on social media that Eminem abandoned them. In my opinion that’s what folk want to believe.

Maybe that was a blessing to Mr Porter, because it allowed him to spread his wings and not just be known as Eminem’s producer
No doubt.

He has a really interesting catalogue the past 5 years, made even more interesting because he drops so rarely. He also sings along with rapping and producing.

I never heard These Drugs before. I clown Em but I’m glad he got clean. The end of this song would’ve been real sad if he had actually gone out that way.
It’s kinda haunting to hear because he nearly did die from an overdose in 2007…doctors told him if they didn’t find him passed out within an hour he would have been gone. Crazy to think about :wow:

He’s a true artist. Can do it all. Big fan. Funny because in D12 he was my least favorite rapper after Bizarre

Re-listened to the album for the first time in a long time and this has aged like fine wine.

And :russ: at “Girls.” Em literally threatened Fred Drust and DJ Lethal ON RECORD. Dude dead ass said those nikkas were gonna catch a fade the next time he sees them KNOWING he is on probation for a gun charge. Said this ON RECORD knowing he could go back to jail :mjlol:

Looking back on it I’m surprised Paul Rosenberg allowed it to come out :russ:

I think what hurt it was by that time people were kinda tired of Em's cartoony first single formula. Especially with G-Unit being around.

I feel like that hurt Obie's 2nd album, too. what was that single, I Hope She Got Some Teeth or some such?

Loved THIS album, though. Still got Pistol Pistol on one of my playlists

Nah "Got Some Teeth" was Obies first album. The second one he led with "Snitch" with Akon but got caught up in the anti snitch movement.
