Should of just said ‘my comments weren’t homophobic but if you interpreted it that way then I apologize’ That would have deaded this shyt easily but his pride won’t let him do that.

It’s like he feels less of a man if he were to do that. But it’s all about protecting yourself at the end of the day. Pride gets in the way of that.

Mind you I believe his comments weren’t homophobic at all… BUT I see how they can be interpreted that way.

When Black people at large start checking outsiders for that disrespect, then you might have a point but Black people are more interested in making a different argument:

"we openly let yall disrespect us and say nikka at concerts, why is it a problem when we disrespect yall"

:francis:

What he said wasn't shyt though. That's my point

he was the one who got on stage to say some dumb shyt live in front of hundreds of people. we should get on code for dummies who don't know when to say what they wanna say? for men who hit black women in the face (remember that y'all?)? y'all are sitting here acting like black people aren't supporting malcolm x or something lmao. he made his bed he needs to lie in it.

i'm surprised y'all are going this hard for man who used to wear a diaper in public because he wanted to be famous that badly :mjlol:

so much hoe babble in here

babyman bit the hand that feeds him
Idiot really doubled down on his comments like it was black people coming at him. :dead:

All he had to do was fake apologize and regret his words caused offense. But no, this fool with his Napolean complex just had to be hardheaded.

Well, Gay people flexed their power on his ass and all y'all can do is say "but he raps about killing black people, why does no one care about that". :to:

Why couldn’t dababy just say ‘my comments weren’t homophobic but if you interpreted it that way then I apologize’ That would have deaded this shyt easily but his pride won’t let him do that.

I hope DaBaby stands on it…that could change the whole perception of “Cancel Culture” if he does.
I don’t think so this time. Rappers don’t have the political clout unfortunately.

The smart move would be to apologize, stack bread, then get out the industry ASAP. You can't tell Jay Z, 50 Cent, or Snoop shyt because they got so many business ventures.

Clout and materialism got people in shackles :francis:

Lmao look at how they did Snoop after his comments on Gayle King... everyone has to fall in line breh. Jay is silent and 50 is written off as a troll so no one takes what he says seriously.
