Y’all can say what you want about Florida but we don’t have those type of problems and paternity has to be proven prior to receiving child support. The exception is if the wife creeps around in the marriage and gets knocked up then it’s yours.

They rewarded bad behavior. Fact is court is supposed to remain objective and she gave an emotional verdict at her behest of what she feel is best for someone else’s child. Paid for the dead one's funeral, took a DNA test the following week found out the living baby wasn't mine. Took it to court to remove my name from the Birth Certificate, easily the worst experience of my life. Black man in family court contesting paternity of a dead baby, middle aged white woman judge thought I was scum of the Earth. Thought I was there to avoid my responsibilities. bytch judge pulled me in her chambers and had a one on one with me basically chastising me telling me she has never seen a case like this and wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing. Cleared my name.
