Dad by Default: Paying child support for a woman they never touched

Judge asked him if he plans on still being in the childs life. He said yeah. He loved the kid. shyt he thought she was his daughter for 12 years. Got her every week. His fam thinks she is family. He just wanted the auto child support to stop.
Judge asked the mom if she knew who the dad was. She said she has no idea who the guy was. It was a one night stand and never got his full name and this was 13 years ago. Judge said in the interest of the child the support will continue. . Then bammed the gavel on his ass.
I came home from work and was ready to plan the party were going to throw for my breh getting off of support. When I saw his face I wasHe aged like 10 years in one day.
I swear his hairline eroded about 3 inches from when I saw him before court.

In my homies defense. . The girl looked EXACTLY like him. Acted like him also. I also believe brehs should confirm paternity first. But he got thrown for a loop. He dated his baby moms for years before they broke up. He always had plenty of side chicks. She finally had enough and had a one night stand. . Got knocked up.
When the daughter came out she was a mini him. Now we all seen the court patenity shows where the women will claim the baby looks like the so called dad and all of that. In this case she looked just like breh and his family. Come to find out his ex just likes messing with guys who look a certain way.

It wasn't a fetus it was an actual baby when it was born that lived for a few hours. Two I didn't think it wasn't my baby until the DNA test results. I got the DNA test because my parents wanted to start a bank account for the baby and the family lawyer said since I wasn't married to her I needed a DNA test. I was in my mid 20s, I was stressed out in the hospital, for the past 6 months of the pregnancy we knew the 2nd baby was going to be fukked up so I was looking for better paying jobs believing I was going to have a special needs kid ($$$), her family was pressuring me to marry her, I hadn't had sleep in like 2 days. It was the perfect storm of shyt.
I'm not denying I fukked up but also at the same time I had no blueprint to follow. Nobody in my family/circle of friends had every been thru some shyt on this magnitude, I was on my own in terms of mentally dealing with this shyt.

Imagine telling your job of 12 years that you lied on your resume and that you actually never went to college. Then after getting fired, you sue them and a judge says, "In the best interest of the employee, re-hire him.........and also pay him for the wages he lost while he was fired

That happened to me as far as the kid not being mine but the courts reversed that shyt. They dismissed me as the father so I stopped paying CS and all that..Did he get a lawyer and look into it?
