So we mad at 2 cacs for sampling better than most producers nowadays got it.

You make it sound like these are the same exact song when its a little more complicated than that.
You are acting like they were on some J Dilla "sample the the bass player dropping his mic pack on bar 31 on the G note, then use that as the snare" type shyt. They literally were cutting the intro's and saying fukk it.

not sure what the weird arguments are about.

I always thought the daft punk look was cool and unique, only to learn they jacked it from a breh. That's useful to know.

Has nothing to do with what their musical influences are.

An added bonus, breh's music is nice. Ahead of its time.

I'm sure I've seen daft punk talk about this and they never really hid from there influences it's all over the music they make.

It's good if Mandre gets some spotlight anyways so :yeshrug:

Above the fray.
Daft Punk is one of those early 90’s electro/french house groups that were influenced by black house, disco, and funk musicians. so it makes sense.

When members of Daft Punk were operating on the name Stardust, they created one of the most iconic house tunes.

But the whole sound was Chaka Khans.

Just something to be outraged over even though they credited the people they sampled from and paid them.

But they “spitting facts” like everybody doesn’t know by now daft punk sampled heavily :dead:
Startin to think brehs don't even know what House music is. At all. Like a generational gap maybe. :russ:

I mean, their debut album is called “Homework” and their follow up was called “Discovery”. They’re pretty much paying homage to their influences.

They got Nile Rogers and Pharrell on their biggest hit. If they were being disrespectful, they could’ve just used CACs instead. :yeshrug:
