What he said is valid. I grew up terrified of my mom because she talked like this (the verbiage, not her tone or accent). It had an affect in how I learned to deal with all people later, including women...
People have kids over raw sex, not family planning..
Its why people hate their kids because they feel they cost them at having a great life..kids are hearing and seeing wild shyt in the home.

The craziest part is she probably thought she was being a good mother and that this was discipline. Really there's too many parents out there that think abuse and oppressing their kids is staying on top of things, when really they're either going to become violent themselves or fearful and timid already prepped for another bully.

Why do ya'll just say stuff like this? Like just because an man is in the house it makes things better? You know a lot abuse happens at the hands of men or they know about it and do nothing.
When I think of the people who I know who suffered from abuse there where men around in about 75% of those situations.

I got concepts of a plan.
I’ve “lucked up” with my parents. They don’t fool with me in my adult state. They have all the support and advice. They don’t expect anything from me.
My Wife on the other hand… her mother demands respect and doesn’t believe she can do any wrong. She still believes in I’m big and you are small. She believes she is right. her last child was out the house almost 20 years ago yet she has the best advise on rearing toddlers.
My wife and mother in law clash all the time. As the husband, my MIL is always invited and can move in with us at any time. Wifey is like, “nope, I need my peace.”
I respect their relationship and don’t interfere.
