nikka DFW easily

The metroplex is huge, better job market just in case, no state tax, cheap property (for now)

The only weakness that DFW has (as of now) is that its not that much to do for the grown and sexy blacks compared to a city like Atlanta.

I live in Charlotte, but I'd probably pick Dallas. Bigger city, more industry/corporate presence.

Can't speak on nightlife, but I'm sure there's a lot to do.

Charlotte sounds cool. Don't really care for the night life and party scene like that. I just like that laidback don't bother me lifestyle..

What's wrong with South Florida right now?

$$$$?

:mjpls:???

I'd go Dallas personally....then probably move somewhere else in Texas once I got a lay of the land.

I've heard good stuff about Charlotte.

Dallas I've been. Pretentious city. I'd visit but wouldn't live there myself. :yeshrug:

I've lived in both.

During the Day: Charlotte
At night: Dallas
For Jobs and growth: Both are actually really good
Black population: You would be surprised how many black people live in Charlotte.
Dallas has no state tax
Groceries cost far less in Charlotte.

I'm going to retire in Charlotte if that means anything :yeshrug:

Ok, for you.....Charlotte would not be a bad spot.

Women will be in both spots....That's not something you have to worry about. Atlanta isn't that far away, but not an every weekend trip. Good beaches not that far away. Not going to be as much of a Caribbean/hispanic influence as where you're used to, but that doesn't mean no diversity/variety.

Any thoughts on Houston or Austin? How's the corporate job market in those cities? Do they have a lot of :mjpls: going on?
